Pinetree Securities was established on 1 November 2019 to spearhead Hanwha Group’s entry into the Southeast Asian capital markets. As a Capital Markets Services (CMS) license holder regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Pinetree is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and fiduciary responsibility.
Headquartered in Singapore, we act as a conduit between institutional investors and emerging investment opportunities, primarily in real estate and venture capital. With a strategic focus on the region, Pinetree plays a pivotal role in facilitating cross-border transactions between Korea and Southeast Asia.
